Emsia manufactures components for industry, based on customer drawings or with internal design. Some components usually made using traditional technology have been redesigned for production using 3D printing: closed type aluminum impellers for automotive, large impellers (diameter greater than 200mm) for oil & gas systems, levers for industrial machinery, tubular connectors, components of complex systems.

In the metal 3D printing sector, Emsia has developed specific hardening and aging processes capable of bringing the standards of physical and mechanical resistance to higher levels than forged products using traditional processes.

Emsia has developed welding processes that use materials identical to those of printing fusion, therefore they are extremely resistant and long-lasting, as well as not very visible in the case of aesthetic finishes.
