Emsia produces prototypes and limited series for super sports cars: titanium tailpipes, manifolds, bends with flange, manifold assemblies, 4 in 1 exhaust distributors.
Emsia subjects the components designed by customers to an optimization process for printing and subsequently produces the validation prototypes. Every single component is subjected to strict quality controls before post-processing activities, then it is made functional through milling / turning processes and finally it is subjected to surface finishing processes. The productions made by Emsia are equipped with suitable certifications relating to the powders used and all the processes applied.
